About this consultation
Each year, we update and publish the Sports Anti-Doping Rules.
The Sports Anti-Doping Rules 2025 (2025 Rules) will come into force on 1 January 2025. They will replace the Sports Anti-Doping Rules 2024.
We have prepared the proposed 2025 Rules based on the World Anti-Doping Code. You have the chance to share your feedback on these proposed changes until 1 November 2024.
Our legislation requires us to consult national sport organisations, athletes, the Sports Tribunal, Māori, and the Privacy Commissioner on changes to the Rules.
